These Terms of Use apply to the Sea Bound Cottages website, which introduces our cottages in Deep Cove, Nova Scotia and provides access to Hostaway booking tools. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms to the extent they apply to your use. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Sea Bound Cottages; “you” and “your” mean the person using the website.
These are website terms. Prices, payment schedules, cancellation policies, house rules and other conditions for a stay are presented separately during booking and in your reservation documents.
Availability, prices and reservations
The embedded calendars are supplied by Hostaway. Availability can change as reservations are made across booking channels. Viewing a date or selecting dates on this site does not by itself reserve a cottage.
The checkout opens separately with Hostaway. Review your dates, cottage, guest numbers, total price, taxes, fees and all booking conditions before submitting a reservation. A reservation is subject to the confirmation and conditions issued through the booking process.
For changes, cancellations, refunds, deposits or questions about a reservation, consult the conditions attached to that booking or contact us. These website terms do not replace or amend those conditions.
Website descriptions and photography
We aim to keep descriptions and photos useful and accurate, but occasional errors, interruptions or outdated information may occur. Furniture, seasonal scenery and property details can change. Images illustrate the cottages and their setting; weather, lighting, views and seasonal conditions vary.
If an amenity, access requirement or particular feature is essential to your stay, please confirm it with us before booking. The property sits above steep coastal terrain, and there is no direct shoreline access from the cottages.
Acceptable use
You may browse the website, compare cottages, view photos and use the booking tools for genuine enquiries and reservations. Please do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit misleading information or use the services unlawfully.
Content ownership and permitted use
Website photographs, branding, text and design are owned by Sea Bound Cottages or used with permission from their owners. You may view them for personal trip planning and share links to the site. All intellectual property rights are reserved by the relevant owners. Except with permission or as allowed by applicable law, you must not:
- Republish or redistribute protected material from this website.
- Sell, rent or sublicense our photographs, branding or other protected content.
- Reproduce, duplicate, modify or commercially exploit protected content beyond the personal use described above.
These restrictions do not override fair dealing or other uses permitted by law.
